The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) has issued the following news release today:
State personal income growth slowed to 1.0 percent in the second quarter of 2012, from 1.7 percent in the first quarter, according to estimates released today by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis. Growth slowed in 39 states plus the District of Columbia, accelerated in 10, and was unchanged in Nevada. Personal income growth ranged from 2.1 percent in North Dakota to 0.4 percent in New Mexico.
